Bad day

Do you know the days when you better stayed in bed?

I had one yesterday:
First I woke up at 4:30 am because my lower back hurt so much. I went downstairs took some pain pills and spent the rest of my sleep on the couch.

But it didn´t helped. My back became so bad I went to see a doctor. After waiting for hours (and writing my BB) and a X-Ray the doctor gave me some other pain meds. After I took them I got sleepy and my blood preassure droped. My back was so bad huby had to help me from the sofa!!!! Like I was really old.

On top of everything my nephew got hit by a car. The little guy took off after school because he didn´t want to go to his mother instead he wanted to spend the afternoon with us celebrating a birthday. Thank god he is okay so far and running around.

Did I meantion it was a day to spend in bed? I went to bed early (after huby helped me up) took another of those pain meds and went to sleep.

Today I feel better (meaning I can walk without help and sit down without screaming) and I go to a physiotherapie this afternoon.
