Bad day

Do you know the days when you better stayed in bed?

I had one yesterday:
First I woke up at 4:30 am because my lower back hurt so much. I went downstairs took some pain pills and spent the rest of my sleep on the couch.

But it didn´t helped. My back became so bad I went to see a doctor. After waiting for hours (and writing my BB) and a X-Ray the doctor gave me some other pain meds. After I took them I got sleepy and my blood preassure droped. My back was so bad huby had to help me from the sofa!!!! Like I was really old.

On top of everything my nephew got hit by a car. The little guy took off after school because he didn´t want to go to his mother instead he wanted to spend the afternoon with us celebrating a birthday. Thank god he is okay so far and running around.

Did I meantion it was a day to spend in bed? I went to bed early (after huby helped me up) took another of those pain meds and went to sleep.

Today I feel better (meaning I can walk without help and sit down without screaming) and I go to a physiotherapie this afternoon.

Ich kann noch hinzufügen, das ich heute bei der Physiothreapie war und da haben die mich vergessen und ich hing doppelt so lange in der Schaukel als ich sollte.
Ich musste um Hilfe rufen das man mich wieder losmacht.

Naja heute habe ich als Wiedergutmachung einen Gutschein für eine Wellness massage bekommen. :-)
